CLIENT IMPLEMENTATIONS MANAGER, HEALTH INSURANCE TECHNOLOGY
Backed by strong life / annuity or health insurance industry subject matter expertise, this hands-on role involves implementing and delivering our patent-pending insurance solution to our client base that span agencies, carriers and agents.
It requires a leadership role, working with globally-distributed teams, interacting with clients, and tracking and implementing all issues to the client’s satisfaction

SUPPORT MANAGER,
HEALTH INSURANCE TECHNOLOGY The hands-on role provides proactive leadership, mentorship, and hands-on guidance to a growing team of support analysts for problem analysis and resolution around our AgentVizion platform for our end-users that include insurance companies, agencies and agents.
Strong SQL, ETL (preferably Pentaho) and helpdesk process knowledge are essential requirements. Skills in security or process certifications would be an added advantage
